Clear terms, plainly stated.
These terms explain what a Hosava Clarity Session includes, how payment works, and how rescheduling, cancellation and our guarantee are handled. See also our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy page.
The Service
Hosava provides a single, focused ninety-minute engagement — the Hosava Clarity Session — delivered privately online via Google Meet and followed by a written Movement One Review.
Hosava offers strategic operating guidance for business owners. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice.
Fees & Payment
The Hosava Clarity Session is AUD $149 — a founding rate; the standard rate is AUD $399. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Hosava is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. The price shown is the total amount payable.
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking and is processed by Stripe. Hosava never sees or stores your card details.
Booking & Confirmation
Your session is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email and a calendar invitation containing your private Google Meet link.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel your session yourself through My Sessions up to 24 hours before the session start time. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Our Guarantee
If you do not leave your session with three practical actions worth implementing immediately, there is no fee. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for how this is applied.
Confidentiality
Everything shared before, during and after a session is treated in confidence, as described on our Privacy page.
Your Movement One Review
The written Movement One Review is prepared specifically for your business and provided for your own use.
Responsibility & Liability
Our recommendations are advisory. Results depend on how they are implemented within your business, which is outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Hosava's liability in connection with a session is limited to the fee paid for that session.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Business Details
Hosava is operated from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Sessions are conducted remotely via Google Meet.
ABN: 70 918 530 657. Hosava is not currently registered for GST.
