No. It is a single fixed fee of AUD $690, paid once. There is no recurring charge, no retainer and nothing further you need to buy. If you ever want help implementing the plan, that is a separate conversation you would have to start.

One clearly defined business constraint. That might be sales and customer follow-up, recruitment and staffing, administration and repetitive tasks, an operational bottleneck, disconnected systems, owner dependency or a workflow that keeps breaking. These are examples, not a promise of expertise in every field — if a problem is not a good fit, we say so before you pay or we refund you.

Twenty-four hours from a start time confirmed with you in writing — not from payment or booking. The clock starts only when payment is verified, the discovery conversation is complete, we have confirmed we have the information needed, and you have accepted an available weekday delivery slot. Times are Australia/Brisbane; deadlines fall on business days and exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Twenty minutes for the discovery conversation — that is the briefing, where we agree the constraint to examine. There is no questionnaire. If you have them to hand, up to five redacted documents such as quotes, rosters, process notes or reports help, and you can add a line about the main issue in your workspace. If anything else is needed, we will ask.

An executive assessment, a plain description of how the agreed part of your business currently works, up to three findings each backed by the evidence you supplied, a prioritised action plan, and one appropriately scoped ready-to-use improvement. Three findings is a maximum, not a target, and a finding may be an opportunity rather than a proven failure. It runs to about five pages and is reviewed personally before it is sent.

One practical asset proportionate to the engagement and directly relevant to the agreed constraint — for example a workflow, a template, a communication asset, a structured AI project or prompt, a process improvement, or a limited practical configuration agreed during discovery. Lightweight set-up may be included where specifically agreed and feasible within the fixed scope. Substantial development, third-party costs and ongoing management are not included. If what you need exceeds the scope, we agree a narrower deliverable with you before starting, or you can cancel under the refund policy.

No. Practical tools may help organise the material, but every finding is drawn from your evidence and every recommendation is written and reviewed by Matteo. Nothing is sent without that review. Technology is never the product — a meaningful business improvement is.

You can reschedule it yourself through My Sessions up to 24 hours beforehand. If something comes up inside that window, email matteo@hosava.com and we will find another time.

Nothing is published or sold; your information is shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the audit — payment, email and calendar — as described on our Privacy page.
